Julie's Favorite Food

Some of Julie's favorite wines from the Luberon district that can be found at any major liquor store include:
Haute Ville (Red)
chiÃteauconstantlyn-Chevalier (White)

Julie's Favorite brand of Froie Gras!
For those who do not know what Froie Gras is, its an expensive duck liver Pate, usually cooked in wine with figs or truffles. It just so also happens that the way to produce Frois Gras is profoundly inhumane to ducks, for they are overfed highly saturated grains through a tube shoved down their necks, until their livers get so bloated, they can barely walk. PETA is having a field day with this product. But, thankfully due to their efforts, and because this is such a favored delicacy, there are some humane forms of Froie Gras out there. I just don't where to get them. I once tried a pan seared froie gras in a French restaurant cooked with port wine and figs, and the flavor itself was great, but the texture was somewhat like snot. But I heard the jarred kind is pretty good. I myself refuse to eat it again, until I find the humane version. If you are interested in purchasing this very product, it can be found here for about $100 with tax.

This must have been Julie's favorite orange flavored sexy spirit, becausee she sure loved to indulge before every rondevou.
